Recommended Reading

New to API development, or just unfamiliar with the REST standard? Here are a few recommended resources to help you with using the WebLink API:

Theory

Requesting Help

Limited support is provided to 3rd parties working with WebLink customers, free of charge. This support covers errors in the WebLink API as well as issues with making requests to the WebLink authorization or resource servers.

To request help, please send an email to apihelp@weblinkinternational.com with the following information:

  • WebLink Customer Name: the WebLink customer you're working with
  • Your Name: your organization's name
  • Your Client ID: the WebLink Client ID from your API credentials
  • Problem Description: an explanation of the issue you're requesting help with

API help requests will be addressed in the order in which they are received. If you do not receive a response to your request within 24 hours, please contact WebLink Support.
